GODS LOVE
PART TWO
A repeated vision of rain coming down and a damn ready to burst came again , but this time the
rain came down and the thunders roared and the lightning struck
And the verse came..." see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so
much blessing that you will not have room enough for it."
Lord God In Jesus name bring those floods of Grace and Mercy to fall on those not saved and
let those who are rest in you in Jesus name amen
We run into the Ark who's name is Jesus and we are saved and the Dove of peace brings good
news, we hide in the Ark that rests on the mountain and on that day we rest In Him
Imagine as you are saved through the Waters and through the storms and you ride upon the waters and as the floods rise up so you are safe in Him
THE FLOODGATES
When all faith is gone we are reminded that God gives faith to the blind and although we cannot always see ahead, God promises to see us through the trials and tribulations
When all Faith seems to be gone we can be reminded that God is our Faith and He will never
leave us nor forsake us even to the point of us leaving Him
When we deny Him He will not deny that we are His children and although we run He will follow
and say " What have you been doing ? "
And we standing in our nakedness before God gaze up and can try to push the blame onto someone or something else ....
at this point we are not thrown out of the Garden of His
prescence because we have one who died in our place that we might enter into His prescence and walk back into communion with God in the garden of our sin and He washes the sin away that we might be back with Him fully restored
He will never again throw us out of the garden nor usher us away from His prescence
Instead He sends the flood of grace and mercy into our lifes that we might die to our old lifes and walk into the new day and life, for every day He sends His manna which is sufficient for
that day
On on that day the rainbow of His promises will flood through our lifes
bringing new hope, meaning and purpose as we start a new life with Him
For every day is a new beginning and a new start
Don't let the garden of sin and the accuser snare you
Remember that in place of the fruit Jesus has hung on the tree, that you might be freed from
that sin and alive to Him who hung on the tree in place of your sin
When God looks at you He see's Jesus and not the forbidden , for He enters in, Instead of turning away
Don't forget that the flood that brings the rainbow is upon your life and His rainbow promises will always remain upon you
Let Him flood your life and let Him enter in
Saved By Grace
Eph. 2:8-9, "For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of
yourselves, it is the gift of God. 9 Not by works, lest any man should boast.
James 2:20
20You foolish man, do you want evidence that faith without deeds is useless
We walk on a journey, a journey that starts with the Faith God gives us as He finds
us and calls us and we are saved by the grace of God and as faith grows so we act,
and faith produces works, for faith without works is dead.
Seems a paradox does'nt it ?
He knows every thought and deed before we think or do it and the consequences of these
things, at the same time He works in us and through us and the Faith which He imparted
to us works in us and produces works,
He has already prepared works in advance so
that we might do these works in Him and He in us and through us and we through Him.
Think of God at the beginning of time looking at you from the past and even from the
beginning of time and before even that,
He looked through time and saw each day that
you would walk and what you would do before you ever did it.
Now think of God at the end of time and in fact in the new heavens and the new earth,
and He is looking back at you and He see's your entire life and all the decisions that
you would make and He knows every thought and hair on your head on each day that you live
He knows every skin cell that falls from your body on any given day at any given moment
He see's your entire life looking back at you from the end of time and further
Now think of God in the present and He is in you now as a Christian ...He is Christ In you
Now think of God in all those places at once, at the beginning of time looking at you
from the past......at the end of time looking back at you and now in the present
looking at you now.
He is the all seeing , all knowing, omnipresent, omnipotent,God
Although He was born a babe in a feeding trough, many years ago,He creates a thirst in us and we feed on Him, He who was born in a feeding trough becomes our food and our daily bread
The Sabbath
We tend to place great weight on a day and we hold onto our "Day" instead of "Jesus", we fail sometimes to enter His "Rest" and I find myself toiling at times and striving, when I should be "Resting In Him"
Matthew 11:28 (New International Version)
28"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.
Hebrews 4:8
New Living Translation Now if Joshua had succeeded in giving them this rest, God would not
have spoken about another day of rest still to come.
Hebrews 4:4-11 Hebrews 4:4-11 "For He has thus said somewhere concerning the seventh day, "And God rested on the seventh day from all His works" ; and again in this passage, "They shall
not enter My rest."
Psalm 95 Since therefore it remains for some to enter it, and those who formerly had good news
preached to them failed to enter because of disobedience, He again fixes a certain day, "Today,
" saying through David after so long a time just as has been said before, "Today if you hear His voice, Do not harden your hearts."
For if Joshua had given them rest, He would not have spoken of another day after that.
Psalm 95 There remains therefore a Sabbath rest for the people of God. For the one who has
entered His rest has himself also rested from his works, as God did from His. Let us therefore
be diligent to enter that rest, lest anyone fall through following the same example of disobedience."
Lets unpack this and try to unravel and bring light
In Greek the word "rest" in Hebrews 3 and 4 is katapausis and the word "rest" in Hebrews 4:9
is sabbatismos.
But we also have a 'sabbath rest' NOW which is katapausis, this is a reality in which those 'who have believed are entering'and it points to our future 'rest' reality .
So what is this ? we have three things here ? It seems to imply that there is a "Rest" but we can also enter " a rest " and "there will be a rest " ?
Well we all know that God rested on the seventh day and we tend to keep this as a tradition that
sunday is a day of rest, but actually we can STOP our works of the flesh and we can enter into
a salvation with God where we enter into His works
We rest from our labours and we enter into Him but more than that as we follow Him we cease from our striving and disbelief and disobedience and we belive in faith and we find the "Lord of the Sabbath " who is the sabbath
working through us
And again we see the past, present and future, sabbath as God is the past,present and future
He rested in the past from His creation but He continues to create and needs no rest
For what He did in the past He continues into the present and on to the future
We have a "Rest " but not merely of a day, but we rest in Jesus and some do not find this "rest"
We can walk on in our Journey of a day "diurnus"
And we see that there is "another day "
But we also see that there will be a day when Jesus returns and we shall have eternal rest
Lets enter in and find His rest, not just on one day but everyday on our "diurnus"
And walk on knowing that we have our katapausis, our future "Rest " And so on OUR day of
"Rest" Lets remember to "Rest" in Him everyday and always and find our "Rest " not in a "Day"
But in our "Sabbath" who is Jesus
Light Of The World
Firstly we look at two scriptures
2 Chronicles 7:14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; ...
Luke 10:27 And he answered, "YOU SHALL LOVE THE LORD YOUR GOD WITH ALL YOUR HEART, AND WITH ALL YOUR SOUL, AND WITH ALL YOUR STRENGTH,
And so before we were born again we heard God speaking to us and calling us, even though we did not know Him, the God of love, who is love, called us out of darkness into His glorious light
Our eyes were opened and the blindness was lifted from our eyes so that we could see the love
of God that is for all people...the " Unconditional love " of God that shines out to all creation
, penetrating all and in all
This unconditional love, that loves us even when we are dead in our sins, this unconditional love that loves us no matter what, that always loved us and always will love,
That loves those
who still walk according to their own ways and not in Gods way, shines into hearts and shows
a way , speaks to all creation and is in all creation and in all things and never stops speaking out, requires that we do something in response
We at the start of our Christian walk being born again by the Spirit meet our first paradox ,like a
two edged sword coming from two directions at the smae time and we feel a pulling and
compelling to worship...to give...to respond..to talk back to God and to give Him all
And as we go on in our walk we realise the conditions of walking with God, firstly to repent,
then to respond back to God by talking back, to worship Him , to find out more about Him by reading His word, to love Him with all our hearts,
In this we find the conditions of our Christian walking with God, that we seek Him above all
else and walk with Him, learn about Him, Talk back to Him,that we repent
Believe
I believe in faith as a child I believe God spoke and created and by His breathe He cast out the
stars into the sky I believe God spoke and created satan and and by His breathe He cast Him out of the heavens I believe God spoke and created Adam and Eve and By His breathe
He cast them out of the garden I believe God spoke and created me and by His breathe He cast
me out into the world I believe God spoke and by His breathe I am cast in His image I believe
God spoke and by His breathe He casts out the net and draws in I believe God spoke and by His
breathe He sent the flood ,
I believe that I am saved from the flood and I am saved through the
Ark I believe God spoke and by His breathe I will not die but I shall be changed and evolve I
believe
God spoke and by His breathe I am evolving into a new person I believe because God spoke and
gave me this belief in the unseen, I believe that God spoke and by His breathe He gave me the
faith to believe
Creation
Think about the creation that God made with such love and attention and care, each intricate detail and speck of dust designed by Him and each thing having a purpose and a meaning and
a relevance , everything in creation is not there by chance but has a perfect reason for being there,
And we even take that further and we see that not only does all of creation so lovingly breathed into life have a purpose and a meaning but that each part of creation from a bird to a speck of
dust...is there now because this is the time for it to be born and to be present and to be loved into existance.
From the sand on the shore to the brilliance of the suns rays and each sunspot and radiating explosion of gammer ray, each cell and each feather on a bird that sings to its partner.
He not only knows about every hair on your head but He knows and owns the cattle on a thousand hills, He knows the details of every sheep and goat, every bird thats sings and every
feather that falls from the lark and the crow
God knows about all these
Love Affair
I can be my greatest enemy thus letting the enemy take a foothold from my own doing and thoughts
Things could be quite different if Only I could grasp how God see's me and walk in that
To be able to put aside the past and live in the now and future
To get rid of all that luggage and baggage that I would never be able to get through "The eye of a needle"
But I know that God can do all things as I let Him or even if I don't, sometimes He intervenes and drags me out
Why do I expect others to know and see what I see after a few days or years when its taken me over thirty years just to begin to grasp the unmeasurable love of God ? can it be that I am only
just beginning myself ?
If only words could be the answer , when all the words in the world cannot even begin to
explain or communicate the one I give my life too ?
How can I answer people when they ask "why do you do what you do ? "
How can I explain a relationship ? can you ? even more so love
I am confused the further I go because it makes no sense in this foolish love affair where there
is no Author of confusion
How confusing is a love that you cannot explain

Matthew 6 (New International Version)
25"Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your
body, what you will wear. Is not life more important than food, and the body more important
than clothes?
26Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? 27Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life
Anxiety calls to us to count on those things around us sometimes, it calls us to depend on
material things, it worries about " what might happen "
At these times we call upon the name of the Lord and we are saved from our anxiety placing
each day into His hands
The Law Of love
The Law Of love, what a commandment to love the Lord your God with all your heart and mind
and soul
.
As each new day breaks so we break the Law of love
.
Even so we are commanded to love the Lord God and how can we love as Christ loves ?
.
With this Agape Love of God ?
.
Only as we yield To Him in submission, then He can indwell us and give us that love that is not Human love
.
Love the Lord your God with all your heart and soul and mind and lean not on ytour own
understanding but in your your ways acknowledge Him and He will direct your paths
.
With this love we evangelise being led by the Spirit
.
The Greatest Commandment
34 Hearing that Jesus had silenced the Sadducees, the Pharisees got together. 35 One of them, an expert in the law, tested him with this question: 36 “Teacher, which is the greatest
commandment in the Law?”
37 Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ 38 This is the first and greatest commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ 40 All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”
John 3:16
"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him
shall not perish but have eternal life.

This Love carried Jesus to the Cross
,
This love is the Love that we have for our enemies, or those who may be abominable
to us, this Love is the Love that draws people to the Father, This Love is not the natural love
But a given, imparted Love, This Love is displayed through Jesus.
.
You know love is blind, when you are really in love , you don't always see the faults in a person
.
At first your love may be blind, where you see the person in a different light
.
You may not see their bad points....because your love for that person glares out the wrong doing
and the faults, it blots out things that would normally irritate you
.
You are blinded by the Light as they say "love is blind"
.
You could see this in the Light of Grace, grace in a sense , thats Gods grace blots out ..
.
Gods Love for us blots out the bad points, God is so in Love with us that He looks at us and see's
Jesus
.
God is so in Love with us that His Love for us is blinding out the sin, as He looks at us He see's
The Light Of The World , who is Jesus His Son, (Again I'm purposely separating the "Father and
The Son ")
.
This is why scripture declares,
1 Peter 4:8
Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins.
There are many laws put into place, the laws of nature, the laws of the universe, the laws that
bind all things together, the law of Love,
.
When a law is broken one link in the chain affects another,
.
What is left after all else is said and done ?
.
What or Who governs all things ?
.
What goes on into eternity and who lives in Eternity ? is it not the God who is Love ?
.
But thanks be to God that we live by Grace, for how can we ever Love as He loves
Evangelism.......showing the Love of God through Jesus, everyday
THE ARK REVISITED
So shall it be as in the Times of Noah when they said "All is well" and He shall come like a thief
in the night
.
Jesus saves, step into the Ark today and bring others in as well
.
Genesis 7:12
And rain fell on the earth forty days and forty nights.
so shall it be , as it was in the days of Noah
Luke 17:26
26“Just as it was in the days of Noah, so also will it be in the days of the Son of Man.
27People were eating, drinking, marrying and being given in marriage up to the day
Noah entered the ark. Then the flood came and destroyed them all.

Jonah 3:4And Jonah began to enter into the city a day’s journey,.......................................... .
and he cried, and said, Yet forty days, and Nineveh shall be overthrown.
We run into the Ark who's name is Jesus and we are saved and the Dove of peace brings good
news, we hide in the Ark that rests on the mountain and on that day we rest In Him
Imagine as you are saved through the Waters and through the storms and you ride upon the waters and as the floods rise up so you are safe in Him
Lord God In Jesus name let us know your safe and secure hand upon each and everyone one of us In Jesus name amen
