The Gift Of God
In the beginning there was God and God said "Let there be Light"
And The Light of the world came down into darkness Genesis 1:3
For darkness was until that time "upon the face of the earth"
And God divided the Light from the darkness Luke 10:18
The enemy of God "who was in emnity" walked and talked and prowled around like a hungry
lion waithing and watching for whom he could devour
And God said "let the Light shine out of darkness" 2 Corinthians 4:6 so that the
knowledge of the Glory of God would be known
And to whom would this glory be known ? God created a living soul called Adam and from
the one so God created two
..................
At this beginning the Light of the World 2 Peter 1:19 rises up in hearts Revelation 22:16
.................
What a gift to mankind to share the glory of God to all
................
But the serpent "created" confusion and Eve was deceived 1 Timothy 2:14 by the pleasure of the
"eye"
Genesis 3:6
Now there would be enmity between them
Gen. 3:15 -- "And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her
seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel."
Above we have the prophetic signs of Jesus, as the Light comes into the world and we can begin
to celebrate the salvation of God
And in Genesis 3:15 we see here the prophetic utterance as the "second Adam" Jesus ( the seed of the
women) The One who would crush the serpent
2 Corinthians 9:15
Thanks be to God for his indescribable gift!

THE FIRST AND SECOND ADAM
Now lets go forward by looking at Romans 5
now heres an interesting verse In Romans 5:13 but sin is not imputed when there is no law.
Obviously after the fall sin reigned until the time of the law of Moses and after this law given
sin continued to reign, even more so in fact
Or that sin become more obvious to mankind after the law was given and that the law convicted
and men were to follow the law or else face a penalty
Thus before the law of Moses there still existed a law and the breaking of this law was the fall
of men ...."men" being that Adam was accountable to Eve and that through "One Man" sin
entered the world
This "one man" could be seen as Adam but more so can be seen as the "one person" this
"one person" being Adam & Eve
Romans 5:12-15 Therefore, just as sin entered the world through one man, and death through sin,
and in this way death came to all men, because all sinned
So through the sin of one "Man" sin entered the world..through generations to come
The result of the sin of one continued through the humankind generations or to put it another way
"through the womans seed" or "humankind" or "giving birth to future sinful state"
This can relate to those who do not believe in generational curses Exodus 34:6-7
Romans 5:17-19 For if, by the trespass of
the one man, death reigned through that one man, how much more will those who receive God's
abundant provision of grace and of the gift of righteousness reign in life through the one man,
Jesus Christ
So as Adam sinned the results of that sinful state continues on through generations Romans 3:23 NIV
And death reigned through this one man , how much more so will the second Adam be able to
lift us up from this curse of the law by becoming a curse for us Galatians 3:13 ESV
Galatians 3:13 the word used here is ἐξηγόρασεν exēgorasen "to redeem us"
see : Galatians 4:5; Ephesians 5:16; Colossians 4:5
And so Christ's Love compels us 2 Corinthians 5:14-15 for One died for all therefore "All Die"
Thanks be to God for his indescribable gift!
